At SCUBAPRO, we stand behind the quality of our diving equipment; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days for a full refund. Please ensure all tags remain attached and the gear has not been submerged in water to qualify for processing.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your account portal or use our guest return tool to select the items you wish to send back and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Gear
Securely pack the unused equipment in its original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all manuals and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.
Attach Shipping Label
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our technicians inspect the gear at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
